DGAP-Ad-hoc: Pacifico Renewables Yield AG / Schlagwort(e): Expansion/Kooperation Pacifico Renewables Yield AG geht Partnerschaft mit Projektentwickler Boom Power ein Die Pacifico Renewables Yield AG („Pacifico", ISIN: DE000A2YN371, Börse Düsseldorf: PRY) hat heute eine Erstgebotsvereinbarung (Right of First Offer agreement) mit Boom Power Ltd und Boom Developments Ltd („Boom Power"), einem Solarpark- und Energiespeicherentwickler mit Sitz im Vereinigten Königreich, unterzeichnet. Die Partnerschaft gewährt Pacifico vorrangigen Zugang zu Boom Powers Pipeline von derzeit mehr als 1 GW an großen Photovoltaik- und Batteriespeicheranlagen im Vereinigten Königreich, die sich aktuell in Entwicklung befinden. Pacificos Pipeline erweitert sich damit deutlich von mehr als 600 MW auf über 1,6 GW.
