DGAP-Ad-hoc: Pacifico Renewables Yield AG / Schlagwort(e): Expansion/Kooperation Grünwald (19.10.2021/04:53) - Die Pacifico Renewables Yield AG („Pacifico", ISIN: DE000A2YN371, Börse Düsseldorf: PRY) hat heute eine Erstgebotsvereinbarung (Right of First Offer agreement) mit ACE Power Development Pty Ltd und ACE Power Operations Pty Ltd ("ACE Power"), einem Projektentwickler für erneuerbare Energien und Batteriespeicheranlagen mit Sitz in Australien, unterzeichnet. Die Partnerschaft gewährt Pacifico vorrangigen Zugang zu der Pipeline von ACE Power, die hauptsächlich aus derzeit mehr als einem GW an großen Solar- und Batteriespeicherprojekten in Australien besteht.
