Management Board proposes dividend payment of EUR 1.10 per share for the fiscal year 2021 


The Management Board of TAKKT AG proposes a dividend payment of EUR 1.10 per share for the fiscal year 2021. This consists of a base dividend in the amount of EUR 0.60 and a special dividend in the amount of EUR 0.50. 


The special dividend is possible due to the successful fiscal year, TAKKT"s strong cash flow and the comparatively high equity ratio. Even after payment of the dividend, the Group would have sufficient financial resources for acquisitions. TAKKT intends to pay out at least a base dividend of EUR 0.60 per share as a dividend in the coming years. 


The dividend proposal will be discussed at the Supervisory Board meeting on March 25, 2022. It will then be submitted to the Shareholders" Meeting on May 18 for a decision.
