----- KPMG nicht Abschlussprüfer für das Geschäftsjahr 2022 Großherzogtum Luxemburg, 17. Mai 2022: ADLER Group S.A. („Gesellschaft”) gibt bekannt, dass KPMG Luxembourg Société coopérative („KPMG“) der Gesellschaft heute mitgeteilt hat, dass KPMG nicht als Abschlussprüfer für den Jahres- und Konzernabschluss der Gesellschaft für das Geschäftsjahr 2022 zur Verfügung steht. Die Gesellschaft wird ein Auswahlverfahren zur Bestellung eines neuen Abschlussprüfers für die Gesellschaft in die Wege leiten.
